Our Covid-19 Protocols

Thank you for your visit to our restaurant. We are so happy to be back doing what we do best and would like to reassure our customers that we have worked hard to provide a safe and welcoming experience for you today.

We have been following government recommendations and Public Health advice to implement new protocols designed to keep you safe and minimise risks.

Here are some of the changes you will see during your visit:

Sanitizer units are located at various points throughout the building and we encourage you to use them.

Signs are posted containing information on COVID-19 and where to get the latest updates.

A new queuing system is in place with physical distance markers at entry point.

Tables have been removed and the distance between remaining tables has been mapped out

Perspex screens have been installed to minimize contact

Employees will be wearing PPE in the form of a face shield

Our cleaning and disinfection regimes have been enhanced

Employees have been given specialized training in working with COVID restrictions and adhering to government guidelines. Each venue has compiled a COVID Response Plan containing details of new measures and protocols have been put in place to deal with suspected cases of COVID-19. Each venue also has a dedicated response team appointed to ensure measures are being adhered to.
